Ecommerce — Home Goods
SEOLink building
From page 4 to page 1 on 40+ product keywords
+286%Organic traffic
140Links earned
9 moTime to result
A furniture retailer's category pages were stuck behind marketplaces and bigger-budget competitors. We rebuilt internal linking, then ran a 9-month editorial outreach campaign targeting home & design publications.
The challenge
Product and category pages ranked page 3–4 for their highest-volume terms. Most existing backlinks came from low-quality directories that added no topical authority.
What we did
Disavowed the weakest legacy links, restructured category-to-product internal linking around topic clusters, then ran outreach to design blogs and gift-guide roundups pitching original product photography and seasonal guides.
Result
40+ product and category pages moved to page 1, with 12 landing in the top 3. Organic traffic grew 286% year over year, and organic became the client's top revenue channel for the first time.
SaaS — B2B CRM
SEOContent
Built a content moat competitors couldn't rank against
+340%Organic signups
68Referring domains
11 moTime to result
A CRM startup was invisible for any "best CRM for X" comparison search. We built a comparison-content hub and earned links from SaaS review sites and agency blogs.
The challenge
Zero rankings on high-intent comparison terms ("best CRM for agencies," "CRM alternative to X"), which competitors owned almost entirely.
What we did
Mapped every comparison query in the space, built a template for fast, honest comparison pages, and pursued digital PR placements tying the product to industry trend pieces rather than generic guest posts.
Result
68 referring domains earned in under a year, comparison pages ranking top 5 for the majority of target terms, and organic became the second-largest signup channel behind paid search.
Local Service — HVAC
Google Ads
Cut cost-per-lead in half across 6 service areas
−52%Cost per lead
5.1xROAS
4 moTime to result
An HVAC company was bleeding budget on broad-match search terms with no call tracking. We rebuilt the account around service-area geo-targeting and call-only campaigns.
The challenge
Single broad-match campaign covering an entire metro area, no negative keyword list, and no way to tie ad spend to actual booked jobs.
What we did
Split the account into per-service-area campaigns, added call tracking tied to CRM booking data, and layered in call-only ads for emergency repair terms alongside standard search for installs.
Result
Cost per lead dropped 52% within four months, and ROAS on trackable bookings settled at 5.1x once seasonal HVAC demand normalized.
B2B — Manufacturing
YouTube Ads
Turned a 30-second explainer into the top lead source
+61%View-through rate
3.8xLift vs. prior creative
3 moTime to result
A B2B manufacturer's product video was getting skipped in the first 5 seconds. We rescripted around a hook-first structure and targeted custom-intent audiences instead of broad industry interest.
The challenge
A polished 90-second brand video was getting skipped almost immediately, and broad industry-interest targeting was reaching mostly irrelevant viewers.
What we did
Cut a 15-second and 30-second hook-first version leading with the problem, not the brand, and rebuilt targeting around custom-intent audiences based on competitor and product-category search behavior.
Result
View-through rate rose 61%, and the campaign became the client's top-performing lead source within a quarter, at a lower cost-per-lead than their existing trade-show and outbound channels.
Ecommerce — Outdoor Gear
SEOGoogle Ads
Coordinated SEO and Shopping ads to own a whole category
+198%Organic revenue
4.9xShopping ROAS
7 moTime to result
Running SEO and Shopping ads separately meant the brand competed with itself. We aligned the two, using ad query data to prioritize which category pages got link-building attention.
The challenge
SEO and paid teams (previously separate vendors) were targeting overlapping terms with no shared data, inflating blended acquisition cost.
What we did
Used Shopping campaign search-term data to identify which categories had real commercial intent, then prioritized link building and content on exactly those pages while trimming ad spend on terms organic already owned.
Result
Organic revenue grew 198% while Shopping ROAS improved to 4.9x, with blended customer acquisition cost dropping as the two channels stopped competing for the same clicks.
DTC — Skincare
Google AdsYouTube Ads
Paired search intent with video to lift first-time purchase rate
+74%New customer rate
4.1xBlended ROAS
5 moTime to result
A DTC skincare brand had strong repeat purchase rates but weak first-time conversion. We used YouTube for top-of-funnel education, then retargeted engaged viewers with Search.
The challenge
Paid search was efficient for branded and repeat-customer terms but wasn't reaching or converting new-to-brand shoppers.
What we did
Built short-form YouTube ads addressing common skincare concerns rather than the product itself, then built a Search remarketing list of engaged viewers to serve product-specific ads once intent was established.
Result
First-time purchase rate rose 74%, and blended ROAS across the two channels settled at 4.1x — well above the brand's previous search-only benchmark.
